Services at 10:30am each Sunday
You are very welcome to join us at St John's. At the moment we are meeting in church every Sunday at 10:30am with the service livestreamed on Facebook and available on YouTube shortly after midday. Our services include a mixture of contemporary and traditional music and worship.
If you're new, remember that everyone at St John's had a first day! Don't feel apprehensive - there's no to need to prepare anything before you come and you will find all dress styles amongst us. Please just come as you are!
Sunday School is online (term time) using Zoom at 9:30am. Contact us for details.
There is an All Age service at 10:30am on the first Sunday of each month. This is a family friendly service with hymns and songs led by a music group.
It also includes prayers, readings and a child-friendly talk and lasts about 45 minutes
9am Communion
At 9am, on the first Sunday in the month, there is a quiet, reflective service of Holy Communion taken from either Common Worship or the Book of Common Prayer. The service lasts for about 35 minutes and includes a short sermon based on readings from the Bible, as well as prayers, but there are no hymns.
