Services in St John's will continue on Sundays at 10:30am.
There has been some uncertainty as to whether church services are affected following the government's announcement late on Tuesday that social gatherings are now restricted to 6 people.
The good news is that the Archbishop of Canterbury has confirmed that churches in England are unaffected by this restriction - we can still meet in church as long as we social distance. What we cannot do is gather in groups of over 6 people for a chat inside or outside either before or after the service.
We will, of course, also stream the St John's service on Facebook, but Ernest and I I look forward to seeing many of you on Sunday at 10:30am.
