St John's News - 9 April

If you missed Sunday's family Service, which looked at the feeding of the 5000, you can catch up on our YouTube channel.

Next week, on 14 April, Gavin will be speaking on Mark 6:45-56 (Jesus walks on water) and the service will include the Lord's Supper. Sunday School will be looking at the story of the Israelites spying out the land of Canaan – what will they find and will they trust God?

Annual Church Meetings
The Annual Church Meetings will be held during the service on Sunday 21 April. This is an important meeting, where churchwardens and PCC members are elected and when we hear about the work of St John's and hear updates on finance and fabric. Please let Peter ( know of anyone interested in joining the PCC (church council), which meets 5 times a year. Also, the electoral roll (formal church membership) is on display near the front door, if you wish to check your details are correct. If you are not on the electoral roll, forms are available at the welcome desk.

Men's Breakfasts are back!

Prayer Meeting
