If you missed Sunday's Service with Gavin preaching on Mark 6:45-56 (Jesus walks on water), you can catch up on our YouTube channel.
Next Sunday's service includes our Annual Church Meetings. We will be electing churchwardens and PCC members and hearing about the work of St John's and hear updates on finance and fabric. The formal annual report can be found here. Sunday School will be meeting as usual and looking at the faith of Rahab and how she hid the spies. I'm afraid there will be no coffee/tea served after church.
The marriage of Grace Long and David Owen is taking place at St John's at noon on Saturday. All are welcome to come to the service and please remember them in your prayers as they start married life together.
A men's breakfast is being held in the Church Room on Saturday 27 April at 8:30pm. Please let Peter know if you would like to come – email elmswellrector@gmail.com
Song Circle are performing A Spring Concert in St John's on Sunday 28 April at 4:00pm (adults £5; children free). Doors open at 3:45pm.
