Lunch this Sunday, Pentecost Praise & Margaret Fifield's funeral

Dear friends,

Have you signed up for lunch this Sunday after the service? If you would like to join in and have not yet signed up for the Bring & Share meal, please just turn up with something to share. Alex and Vatha Theobald, from OMF will be visiting us to tell us about their plans to head off to the East Asia as missionaries. Vatha will be leading a special Sunday School.

On Sunday 19 May, there will be a Pentecost Songs of Praise service at 5:30pm and I am hoping we will be joined by some members of the Song Circle choir. There will be an afternoon tea in the church room at 4:45pm beforehand. If you wish to come and/or contribute to the tea, please sign up at the back of church.

The funeral of Margaret Fifield will take place on Monday 20 May at 1:00pm at St John's. Please remember the family in your prayers.
